Christine Bilek
Christine Bilek has grown up in Loudoun County and with Real
Estate. Christine attended Park View High School and it was
then that she first began working with Bob Caines as an
administrative assistant. She quickly impressed Bob with
her hard work, quick instinct and maturity beyond her
years’. With her father a leader in the local Fire and
Rescue Department and her mother a long-time volunteer,
Christine knew she also wanted a career in helping others.
With that in mind she went on to attend Radford University before returning to Loudoun to start a full-time career.
Christine knows that Real Estate is all about service to
others. She returned to the field in 2002 as a full-time
office manager. In 2003, Christine put her hard won
experience to the test and obtained her Real Estate license
so she could also take on the role as a Buyers Agent. This
has given her the chance to work one on one with buyers in
helping them find that perfect home. Having her license has
also been a benefit as an office manager. Christine uses
that to successfully manage the office and in ensuring that
all of our clients’ transactions are running smoothly. As
the Team’s Office Manager and Bob’s right hand woman,
Christine takes care of all of our listings and contracts,
from developing marketing tools to coordinating contract
processing, to even maintaining our website.
Christine and her husband Bruce live in Leesburg and became
new parents in December of 2005 to their first baby boy,
Chase Michael and have welcomed their second child, Addison
Grace this past February.
Christine loves to learn and continues to grow her knowledge
by attending specialized seminars and conferences such as
the “Technology and the Future Market of Real Estate”
conference recently held in New York City, and the 2006
International Re/Max Convention.
Christine is enjoying her career of “service” in Real
Estate. The diversity of experiences and the chance to help
others has been as fulfilling as she hoped it would be. You
can also rest assured that if you need something here in our
office, Christine can be the one to assist you.
